General information
Spacious apartment (65 m2) with balcony, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a storage room, a living room, a kitchen and a hallway. The main bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom as well as a walk-in wardrobe, while the second room has two beds connected, but they can be separated if necessary. There is a sofa bed in the living room, and if necessary, two people can sleep on it. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for daily use. The apartment is air-conditioned and has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The distance from the city center is only 1300 meters, and the balcony has a view of the valley and the city of Zagreb.
Location details
Dugo Selo is a city in central Croatia, located in Zagreb County near the capital of Zagreb. It resides just 20 kilometers from the center of the metropolis, to which it is well connected by public transport (train).
The apartment is located on Martin Breg, at an elevation (205 m), above the city center of Dugo Selo, in a very quiet location with a beautiful view of the valley and the city of Zagreb, which can be seen in clear weather. The top of Martin Breg is only 1300 meters away from the city center. Ruins of the Baroque church of St. Martin from 16th century (zero category monument) are dominating the top of the hill. It is mentioned in 1209 (probably wooden then). Just below the church is the Square of St. Martin, where a wooden sculpture of St. Martin stands (by artist Josip Cikač). Near the apartment is a widely known restaurant “Klet obitelji Bunčić”, and many other shops and restaurants in the city itself.

Check-in to apartments is possible after 3:00 PM. On the last day of stay, check-out should be before 10:00 AM.
Maximum number of persons in the apartment is 6.
In front of the garage, there is a parking lot for a total of two vehicles, and you can use them according to your needs.
We advise you to keep money and valuables with you at all times. GRC Apartments do not take responsibility for valuables, which you have in the apartment.
Upon arrival, we retain the right to ask for security deposit. It can only be given in cash. It is returned upon handing over the key and after examination of the apartment and apartment inventory.
The apartment is entered using a code (no key). Guest will receive the code on the cellphone before arriving. The code opens the door during the reservation of the apartment.
There is a wireless internet access available to you inside the apartment and outside of the building in the yard.
Bedding and towels for all guests are included in the price of the apartment.
Pets are NOT allowed in the apartments, please understand.
During the night from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, there must be order and peace. Guests should not shout, bang and use acoustic and other devices that would cause noise, etc. In the case house rules neglect is detected, we retain the right to cancel your stay. For safety and legal reasons, no hosting of other unreported guests is allowed, except with prior announcement and approval. Please pay attention to the presence of other guests in the surrounding facilities throughout your stay and adjust your behavior accordingly. It is strictly forbidden to organize gatherings and celebrations in the apartment.
Water is one of the most precious goods, so please, conserve it and close the taps well. Water from the water supply system in Dugo Selo is safe for drinking.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning unit and you are free to use it according to your needs. Please keep in mind that it is strictly forbidden to use air conditioning with open windows or doors, because energy is valuable and we have to save it. In addition to wasting energy and polluting, you will not be able to cool the apartment and the air conditioner will be working under a high load, which can cause a malfunction.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment. It is allowed on the terrace or in the yard.
The use of additional heating/cooling devices is strictly forbidden! For your own safety, turn off all electrical appliances when you finish using them.

The nearest gas station is INA/Tifon at the entrance to Dugo Selo on the west side, and you can further find BP Shell at the Rugvica junction in direction of highway, and Crodux, Petrol and INA in the east.
Church is located at Josip Zorić Street 82, (Parish of St. Martin Bishop), opened 24 hours a day for believers, and the schedule of Mass services can be found at the entrance to the church.
The Health Center and Emergency Room are located on Dragutin Domjanic Street 12a, almost in the center of Dugo Selo and is easy to find. There are offices for all types of emergencies in this institution. The distance to the Health and Emergency Center is approximately 2 km and the Central phone number is +385 1 2753-055.
